Company OverviewOur client is a well-known listed company involved in a range of business activities including automotive, property development , heavy machineries, industrial equipment etc. Main scope of responsibility includes,* Leading Talent Acquisition and Employment Branding team* Develop, formulate and implement Talent Acquisition and Employment Branding strategies in line with the Company’s Vision and business goals* Ensure all Talent Acquisition and Employment Branding policies, practices and processes are properly developed and implemented* Enhance the group employer brand reputation and visibility* Develop short and long term work force planning  
Job Requirements: 
* Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent* At least 6 years related experience as a Recruitment Manager a large organization* Strong leadership qualities with good negotiation and people management skills
